I logged in and was offered an update to install now or later. There is a button on the left hand side which says "map version", I clicked on that, it said June 2021 (installable), I clicked "back", at which point it took me to a login screen. I question the item number 1 which stated that the nav vehicle system must be on or something similar. In order to activate the Sat Nav, one needs to purchase an SD card from the dealer (costs about R5,000). I waited about 20 minutes and nothing happened. Using the mazda SD card in my GTR for several hundred miles and decided to get the update. further, I note that on the left hand side it accurately displays the size and space available on the SD card. Mazda Toolbox then says "Recognizing SD Card." with a note down at the bottom to say this process may take several minutes. I have installed Mazda Toolbox (MacOSX Big Sur), loaded it up and inserted the SD card when prompted.
